For our Rent to Own transactions, before a resident moves in they enroll in our exclusive Road to Home Ownership program. This program includes a consultation with a mortgage broker and an enrollement in a credit maintenance program. This ensures that from day we set up the right environment for the new resident to get back on track and cash out (exercise the optoin) of your property.
Owner Financing
On our Owner Financing transactions, such as Contract for Deed or a Seller/Owner Carry Back, we require a little more background research. For this we partner with reputable mortgage brokers and title companies. This step ensures you the owner of the property are protected every step of the way.
